With a solid academic foundation in Computer Science from the University of Dayton and Georgia State University, Jaime is not only a practicing Financial Planner but also holds esteemed credentials as a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). His dedication to education is evident in his five years of teaching the Retirement Planning curriculum at Emory University’s Certified Financial Planner Program.

Jaime's extensive experience includes advising individual clients and enhancing Qualified Retirement Plans for businesses of varying sizes, from 50 to 1,000 employees. He works closely with business owners, CFOs, and Heads of Human Resources to ensure their retirement offerings are effective and beneficial. Particularly noted for his expertise in developing tailored retirement solutions for physicians, dentists, and attorneys, Jaime excels at addressing the unique needs of high-earning professionals within their practices.

Under Jaime's leadership, the firm has successfully navigated eight acquisitions, significantly expanding its team and increasing Assets Under Management to over $1.7 billion. He was also pioneering in his initiative to incorporate digital assets into client portfolios, a move that, while initially controversial, has proven beneficial for clients as it has yielded notable growth across all portfolios. A native of Colombia, Jaime has shared his insights on financial planning with a wider audience through appearances on CNN Español and various national and local media outlets. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the vibrant culture of his community.
